Anyway, here’s a 7 day fitness plan to get you back into the swing of healthy habits for the fast approaching fall season…
Don’t make working out feel like a chore. Have fun with it and add lots of variety – hiking, biking, walking, jogging, stair climbing, lifting weights, pilates, and yoga make a great balanced fitness routine.
Have a daily “healthy habit” theme, whether it’s drinking more water, trying new recipes, limiting processed foods, or getting enough sleep. With the change in the season, it’s a chance to refocus on you!

Yep, I’m with you. I did the workouts, but I’m not going to lie, I ate desserts daily. Getting back on track! 🙂
