King County has reflexology paths at:
- Marymoor Park
- Steve Cox Memorial Park
- 132nd Square Park
Worth a try, but I would start with one shoe on and one shoe off. If you aren’t used to it (like me), having your whole body weight on these rocks can be a bit much.
These bigger rocks (shown below) were my favorite for the arch of your foot…
You are suppose to spread your toes across the little rocks (shown below), but they really hurt when I put all my body weight down.
