Here’s a doable outdoor workout that will build your endurance, strength, and flexibility.
Outdoor Workout Notes: If you aren’t a jogger, just walk at two different speeds. Push ups can be done from a bench or wall to make easier. You pick the location for how many stairs you want to do, my set above has 14 (Heritage Park in Kirkland). You can check out details on the pilates exercises here and yoga here. For your meditation, find a nice quiet spot to focus on your breath and either a positive affirmation (such as: today is a great day) or your favorite bible verse (one of my favorites: Psalm 96:11 Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it; 12 let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy.)
