If you haven’t seen a friend in a while, plan a hike or walk with them. There are plenty of shorter trails that would be equivalent to an hour at lunch. Best part, you are burning calories instead of consuming them while catching up! Yay!!
Kim (also a fitness trainer) and I caught up last week while on the Jim Whittaker Wilderness Peak Trail on Cougar Mountain.
If you come across a bridge with sturdy rails that are close together, stop and perform a set of knee or straight leg raises for abs and a set of tricep dips for the back of your arms. See photo below:
