Stay motivated with your New Year’s Resolutions by taking your workouts outside. People who exercise outdoors are more likely to stick with it. Here’s a workout you can do at a local park…

- Start with perfect form: Abdominals in, chest open, shoulders retracted and depressed, and knees soft.
- Start each exercise at a slower pace (increasing speed as successful).
- Always have a water bottle on hand.
- Have fun!
On other days, you can walk hills, run at a track, bike, hike, or play with your kids at the playground. There are so many different things you can do to keep motivated on your fitness journey. The key is to change it up and stay consistent. It’s also a mood-booster when that sun breaks out from the clouds and you get in some much needed Vitamin D!
