As we get into the holiday season, we still need to focus on ourselves to keep our stress levels in check.  Anyone can make a little time for themselves – even if it’s just *10 minutes.  Your body and mind will thank you for it!

10 Minute Cardio Workout (for heart health)

If you’re not a runner, just walk at different speeds.

10 Minute Quick Fix (Total body training)

10 Minute Stretch (Breathe & relax)


Breathe into each stretch for 30-60 seconds. Don’t force yourself into any position. Lie in relaxation for at least 2 minutes.

Do all three workouts and you’ll still be done in 30 minutes!  Yay!!
