get outside and be active.  Don’t worry about how hard you are working, just get out there, focus on your surroundings, and have fun!  *Studies show that being active outdoors improves mental well-being compared with exercising indoors. Exercising in natural environments will bring greater feelings of revitalization and increased energy, together with decreased tension, confusion, anger and depression.

    • Love it! It is so much easier to go outdoors when you feel that change in the air – little warmer out, nature’s beautiful colors, the sound of frogs/birds…the best!! Have a great afternoon! 🙂

    • Isn’t he so super cute?! We were on a mission for puddles that day. I don’t mind the rain as long as its not too windy ( raining sideways ).
