Throw in a Towel Workout: Part 3

We did total body exercises with a towel in Part 1 and core exercises with a towel in Part 2.  Now use the hand towel to stretch those muscles, keep joints healthy, reduce tension, and make you feel great!

Towel Stretches 9

*Hold each stretch for 30 seconds (up to 2 minutes).  Always start small and increase your range of motion as your muscle relaxes.  Never push to the point of pain, because the muscle will automatically contract to protect itself from overstretching.

Just breathe into each stretch and focus on relaxation.
