  1. My goals are to incorporate more strength training into my workouts. I tend to lean more towards doing cardio, because it is easier for me and more convienent, but this will change in 2014.

    • I’m with you. I’ve started doing more weights myself lately. I go in “waves” with my strength training (and here I’m a trainer), but I always say cardio is most important. It strengthens your heart which keeps you alive! 🙂

  2. My goal is to be more consistent in my workouts. I tend to go all out and then drop off for a couple of weeks and then go all out again. I think I need to be more of a steady road instead of a roller coaster in 2014.:)
