BlackBerry, Cucumber, Lemon, & Parsley Water
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 small lemon
- 12 Italian parsley leaves
- 6 cups water
Muddle all ingredients in a pitcher (to absorb the most nutrients), refrigerate, and drink throughout the day. If the seeds floating at the top bother you, strain them out.
