A 20 Minute Beach Workout

Don’t lose your fitness momentum! If you are spending some time at the beach this summer, *try this total body 20 minute circuit workout:



  1. Abs pulled in.
  2. Chest lifted.
  3. Shoulders retracted depressed.
  4. Only jog on sand that is wetter/firmer.
  5. Beginners notes:  walk each cardio section, modify your squats (1/2 way down), omit walking lunges, do push ups from your knees, never pull on neck with the sit ups, and bridge lifts can be done with arms down at your side.
