Even if you aren’t a runner, you can do these same workouts just walking, biking, skating, or any repetitive movement that keeps your heart rate up for an extended period of time. Always start at a slower pace, bump it up to a moderate pace, then focus on speed. You also need cool down time at a slower pace (for at least 5 minutes) to reduce risk of injury. Finish with a few stretches.
