Key points to remember:
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width, directly under the strap.
- Squat back, keeping your chest open, and bob your head up side to side of the strap.
- As your torso moves side to side, don’t let your ribcage lift up (keep abdominals pulled in tight).
