Exercise of the Day: Bob and Weave


The bob & weave exercise isn’t just for boxing. Lean out your hips, thighs, and core while strengthening your heart with this fun move today!

Key points to remember:

  • Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width, directly under the strap.
  • Squat back, keeping your chest open, and bob your head up side to side of the strap.
  • As your torso moves side to side, don’t let your ribcage lift up (keep abdominals pulled in tight).

Easier: Head Level


Harder: Waist Level

Travel It

You can also use rope or twine for longer distances, then travel forward and back as you perform exercise.  I love this one – it’s a fat burner!
