Kettlebells are a strength training tool you can add to your fitness toolbox to keep your workouts fresh and new. Though, many exercises you can “fake” by using a dumbbell instead.
Below is a variety of Kettlebells to check out:
1. Spri – Kettlebell
These are $49-$120 per kbell, but are softer (easier on your floors) and have a flat bottom.
2. Power Systems – Kor Kettlebell Priced from $42 and up. These are also a softer kbell.
3. Amazon Tone Fitness Kettlebell set for about $30. These are cheap!
4. Amazon – Stamina Adjustable KettleVersaBell for about $125. This is great adjustable weight option for the guys.
5. Amazon – Rip60 Soft Kettlebell for about $42.
I like the idea of this, but it wouldn’t work with some of the traditional kbell exercises. Weight ranges from 2 to 20 pounds.
I really like the fact that these are contoured for wrist and forearm comfort. Prices range from $29- $75 per kbell.
