Eggs, Eggs, Eggs!

Eggs are an affordable source of protein that you should consider incorporating into your diet.

Research has shown that eating an egg a day for breakfast can help you lose weight. It is a fast absorbing whole food loaded with nutrients.  It’s highest nutrient is choline.  Choline can help boost brain health and reduce inflammation.

If you have special health issues though, contact your physician to see if eggs should be a part of your morning routine.
