Wednesday’s Quick Tip: Mini-Size It!

Holiday baking, eating, drinking and  gatherings mean more calories consumed.  Why not mini-size your treats and foo-foo drinks?  Friends can always go back for more and kids will be stoked to be able to eat 2 cookies instead of 1!

I know you foodies are gasping that I used store-bought cookie dough, but sometimes it’s about keeping your kitchen clean.  If you cut your dough in half, then you’ll eat 45 calories per cookie vs. 90 calories.
