Focus on inclines with your workouts this weekend.
- find hills you can climb
- trails you can hike
- climb stairs in a tall building or stadium
- incline your ramp on the treadmill or elliptical machine
- use more tension on your bike than you are use to
Also, be safe if you are partaking in any festivities this weekend.
I know there is a Zombie Walk and Thriller Dance in our neck of the woods on Saturday night. I don’t want to freak out my 5 yr old, but it sounds like so much fun!
