Exercise of the Day: V Sit with Rotation

V Sit with Rotation

Keep spine straight with chest open and your abdominals pulled in.


Only go back as far as you can without rounding your back. Twist to one side without collapsing, then repeat on the other side.  Slow and controlled is best.


Keep feet down if you lose your form.  How many can you do?

This is a total core exercise, training all the muscles between your hips and ribs.
