Cross-the-River Walk:

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip width apart (you can use your arms for balance).
  2. Step forward with your right foot, balancing on the ball of the foot first for                                at least 2 seconds.
  3. Keep lifting your chest as if you were a helium balloon.
  4. Slowly lower your right heel down.
  5. Repeat on the left, and continue to advance forward.
