Summer in 8 Weeks: Run!

You may be dressed cute, but you also need to think about                                                                                 your running form.

Key points to remember while you run:

  • Stay light on your feet, no heavy pounding.
  • Keep your shoulders down.
  • Don’t clench your fists.
  • Swing arms naturally forward/back.  Minimize side swings                                                                 with arms, it wastes energy.
  • Look out in front of you, not down at the pavement.
  • Have fun!!!
