Just Take A Deep Breath

We actually had a gorgeous day in Seattle yesterday – here’s proof!

On that note picture, take a minute to relax and enjoy the little things.

On average, you take 12-18 breaths a minute.  You need to take slow deep breaths to relax.  Shoot for 8 – 10 breaths per minute.  This is a simple way to reduce stress and it’s something you can incorporate at any time.
