Healthy Skin with Hyaluronic Acid?

No matter your age, everyone strives for healthy, glowing skin.

I’m always looking at new products, books, and procedures for anti-aging skincare treatments.

I’m 38 – though I don’t feel like it, and I will fight aging every step of the way! While I’m on the topic of age, I do feel like age is just a number (but that’s a post for another day).

With everything I read, they all say the same thing though.  Great skin starts from the inside out.

Healthy skin boils down to these 5 things:

  1. A healthy diet loaded with nutrient dense foods
  2. Drinking lots of water
  3. Exercise (to release toxins)
  4. Getting enough sleep each night
  5. Sunscreen

How do you do with each component?  Personally, sleep and diet are something I can always improve on.

*This month, I’ve started supplementing hyaluronic acid (HA) and omega 3 fatty acids, along with my multivitamin.

Everything I’ve been reading about HA sounds excellent for anti-aging.   HA is in your body naturally, it regulates moisture, and you lose it as you age. I can’t find any negative side effects of HA in my research. If any of you skin experts know of any,  let me know!
