Don’t let rainy weather destroy your fitness momentum. There are plenty of indoor activities you can do to stay on the right path. Below are a few ideas for trying a new indoor activity:
- Try out a new gym. Usually you can get a one week pass for free to check out equipment, classes, and club offerings.
- Discover mind/body workouts. There are plenty of yoga, nia, barre, and pilates studios popping up all over the place. Again, usually you can get a free or discounted trial.
- Indoor rock climbing, soccer, tennis, basketball, rowing, volleyball (also look for indoor sand volleyball), boxing, swimming, roller or ice skating, parkour, and too many more to list! Try something new – we were all beginners at one time or another.
