Does this motivate you to drink more water?  It should!  Your skin is the largest organ in your body.   Drinking water is one of the most important things you can do to keep your body functioning properly.

It can be a challenge to stay hydrated.  Try adding fruit, veggies, or herbs to your water or ice trays for something different.  The latest trend in drinks is having a single giant cube in the glass.  This is also a huge hit at any party!

  1. I hate plain water. I always work under the sun and that I need to stay hydrated. I have to drink flavored drinks. There is no excuse for not hydrating.
