When is the last time you changed up your fitness routine?

Try a workout video for a change of pace.  It’s like having a world-known fitness coach train you at home.

As a veteran instructor myself, it is hard to impress me.  It is so annoying when you waste time and money on a worthless fitness video!

Here are 3 effective, motivating, and fun DVDs that compliment each other as your fitness level increases.

Rodney Yee has completely changed my view on yoga.  I love it now! This DVD is great for beginners (if you can sit on the floor, you can do this workout).   I still do this practice for spine mobility.  It is over 10 years old, but it is truly timeless.

Kathy Smith has been in the fitness industry for 30+ years.  You can’t go wrong with any of her workouts.  She stays current, genuine, and fun.  This workout has 5 core workouts on one DVD and is perfect for an intermediate fitness level.

Patrick Goudeau is a fitness expert who really does think outside the box. He has truly original workouts, and he’s amazing!  If you are super fit, then get his latest DVD!
