Go Walking in Inspiring Environments

Do you have a dream area that you would love to live in?  Take walks through your favorite neighborhoods – get fit and enjoy your surroundings (3x’s per week for health benefits).

Walk at a pace where you can  say between 10-4 words without catching your breath.  If you can only say 4 words, that is on the higher end of your aerobic capacity.  Back off a bit if you are just starting out on this fitness journey (and get doc’s permission).
